The Oldest Profession

I wrote a song
About prostitutes and its patrons. The tune in my head for it is actually very catchy...
(Warning : Explicit Content) Muahaha

"The Oldest Profession"

I went for a drive on El Cajon Boulevard
I saw you standing there, on the street
And instantly I was hard
So I leaned out my door,
And I called, I called you over
“You want some company?” is what you asked
And I never felt lower. But that was entropy
Hard at work, destroying my senses
And spending my cash, for some ass
To lower the defenses

(Guitar and sex sounds)

Broke as a joke and twice as funny
You left me with nothing to do
But count the money
That I spent on you
Well I thought, let’s see some action
That low-cut tight shirt that you wore,
A useful distraction
From the obvious truth,
And I know, although I’m a simple man
That you’re a prostitute
Suck and fuck – it’s your financial plan

(Guitar and money sounds)

Oh, no, no wait, I was mistaken
You left me with more than I thought
It burns and it’s achin’I’m now quite distraught
‘Cuz at the time, I bought some pussy
Fake tits in my face, to cloud my mind
And you gave me the V.D.!!
Transaction from behind
‘Cuz at the time, well, it was a lot of fun
We’re drunk and high on pills
Out of my mind, until the next day’s sun
Thank you, society’s ills…

Wikipedia v/s Britannica

The Wall Street Journal hosted a debate betweenWikipedia founder Jimmy Wales and Dale Hoiberg, editor in chief of Encyclopaedia Britannica.Jimmy’s performance is virtuouso, particularly when the Britannica editor says that he doesn’thave the space to go into all the criticisms of Wikipedia that have been made in public and Jimmy counters by providing a link to the Wikipedia article on criticisms of Wikipedia!

Mr. Hoiberg: …We want our articles to be correct before they are published. We stand behind our process, based on trained editors and fact-checkers, more than 4,000 experts, and soundwriting. Our model works well. Wikipedia is very different, but nothing in their model suggests weshould change what we do.

Mr. Wales: Fitting words for an epitaph…
